Splinter Cell: Chaos TheoryThe Splinter Cell is a nice evolution from the previous Splinter Cell titles. The idea and general gameplay is the same, but this time with even more moves, more detailed surroundings and more comic dialog. One thing that kind of threw me off this time, was that some of the moves you see Sam Fisher doing in the opening movies are not listed in the game manual. This makes it kind of frusterating because the moves are extremely cool, but figuring them out can be a pain. Other than that this game is smooth as can be, good story line, fun levels and tons of idiot NPCs. One of the new moves that I find extremely cool in this installment is the human shield. This is where you not only grab an enemy player by the neck, but you can draw a gun and fire towards other enemies. This way when your enemies shoot at you, they hit your human shield and not you. The sound in this game is good, they've incorporated what sounds like a lesser known bad that you'll hear over and over again throughout the game as well as your basic ambience. The dialog between the characters is comical and informative. The visual effects are incredible, I'm pretty impressed that the XBox could handle what this game was dishing out. If you like the Splinter Cell games so far, this one is a fine addition to your collection. If you haven't played any Splinter Cell games, you're missing out.
