Halo 3Halo 3 starts off where Halo 2 ended, finally bringing closure to one of the worst cliffhanging game endings of all time. Halo 3 introduces some great new weapons, better graphics and all around better game play. That being said, the game is also very show in campaign mode, roughly 5 - 6 hours long depending on difficulty. At $60 a pop, that's $10 dollars an hour of play, is it worth it? You decide.
There are a lot of new features introduced in this installment, new weapons, items, skulls and vehicles. The game play although slightly changed from the previous games, is still very good and lends itself well to the game. The sound and music are pretty much the same you've come to either love or hate in the Halo series. The storyline is much better in this version than the last, and really brings about a sense of closure to the series. But being that the game is so short, if you're not an online multiplayer kind of person, you may want to wait until the price drops. I was able to beat this game in an afternoon, including food and bathroom breaks this game took me from 12 to 5 to beat, a little less than 5 hours in campaign mode. That being said I have to admit, I did have fun playing it and I might just play it again on Legendary just for the heck of it.
