XBox Game Reviews: Pac-Man World 3

Pac-Man World 3This game is just a bad idea however you try to revamp it. Pac-Man back in the day was a great game...but that was way back in the day. Today, the world can get along just fine without remixed 3D versions of Pac-Man. This time Pac-Man is trying to save the classic ghosts which he is normally trying to avoid. This includes Pinky, Clyde, etc. The main problem with this game aside from the fact that it is completely boring, is the in game control. The camera is a pain in rear, the objects you interact with are glitchy at best and the enemy AI is ridiculous. Level after level it's the same thing with just little twists to try and keep you entertained. The graphics are very simple by todays standards, and the gameplay itself is almost like a Spyro modification. As a matter of fact, I would not be suprised to find out that's all this game is. The sound is basic, they've tried to incorporate the old school sounds of the original Pac-Man. The voiceovers are really bad, it's magoo acting at it's best. I recommend you stay away from this game. If you like these types of games, you'd be better off sticking with the Spyro franchise.
