Mario 64 DSMario 64 DS is the dual screen version of the original Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64 with a few twists. The levels are for the most part the same, say for new characters and a few new suprises within the levels, as well as a few new never before seen levels. If you're a Mario 64 fan, then you might want to buy this game just for nostalgia, if you've never played Mario 64 before and enjoy other Mario games, I'm pretty sure you're going to like this one. The game itself is pretty solid, done very well for the DS. The only frusterating thing about this game is the control. When this game was on the Nintendo 64 you were able to control your character with the analog stick. Now on the DS, you have the choice of either the 4-way, or the touch screen. I ended up never using the touch screen simply because it was too much of a hassle to go back and forth between touchscreen and 4-way. Buy this game if you like the Mario series and want a new version of the old Mario 64, or if you love Mario games and have never played this one.
