When I first saw screenshots and trailers for this game I thought it was just another first person shooter along the lines of Pain Killer or the like. But upon purchasing this game, I found out that it was far from a FPS, it was a role playing game with elements of a fast paced shooter. One of the more enjoyable aspects of this game is the time it takes to learn and really use the abilities of your chosen character class... [ 
Halo 3 starts off where Halo 2 ended, finally bringing closure to one of the worst cliffhanging game endings of all time. Halo 3 introduces some great new weapons, better graphics and all around better game play. That being said, the game is also very show in campaign mode, roughly 5 - 6 hours long depending on difficulty. At $60 a pop, that's $10 dollars an hour of play, is it worth it? You decide... [ 
Finally, a game that really makes good use of the 6-axis controller. Not only is this game a really great play, but the controller really makes this game. This game is highly addictive, once you get into it...you're hooked. So if you decide to play this game, make some time because it's way immersive... [ 
In a word, this game is "Fantastic". This game was developed so well, it will definately set the pace for future games of the FPS genre. Every detail, control element and immersement element is there. From the art and visuals to the play and sound this game is complete FPS gaming fun with elements of puzzle solving and straight shoot'em up combined... [ 
This game is fantastic, right from the start. Immediately after starting this game, you know you're in for a treat. Even the starting menu screen has fantastic graphics. This game comes directly from the The Darkness comic book series and is a fantastic adaptation from the comic to the game. Extremely impressive all around... [
